Schedule / Job Type

• Nights, 12-hour shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting.
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures, including robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and gynecology.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with required certifications.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all case types and maintain aseptic techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in perioperative or operating room nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a 13-week schedule.
• Must have expertise in a wide range of surgical cases, including robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and gynecology.
• Willingness to work major and minor holidays, including Christmas and New Year’s.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and procedures across various specialties.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
