Exciting Opportunity in the Homer Glen, IL area: School Psychologist
 
PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We're currently seeking a dedicated School Psychologist ($60-$65) per hour to support PreK-1st grade students in the Homer Glen, IL area for the 2025-2026 school year.   
 
Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree in Psychology with a PEL and School Psychology endorsement

Role Overview:
A School Psychologist assists students with academic, social, and emotional well-being and works with students and families to promote student success. The School Psychologist is a critical member of the IEP team and is relied upon to provide insight and guidance to the team regarding student academic and behavioral functioning.

Job Details:   

• Dates:  Starts ASAP- indefinitely
• Hours:  8:30-3:30 daily Monday-Friday
• Setting: PreK-1st grade building
• Ideally - in-person, but could accept part-time or hybrid (part in person and part remote)
• Pay Rate: $60-$65 per hour 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Administering diagnostic and curriculum-based assessments
• Using intelligence and academic performance testing to determine student diagnoses and recommendations for specialized services
• Observing students in various academic and social settings to gain insight and data into students' overall functioning in school
• Providing consultative psychology services to parents and school staff as described in the IEP
