Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Herndon, VA. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible employment options, making it a great fit for therapists looking for either short-term or long-term stability.

Position Details:

Outpatient orthopedic setting
Full-time schedule
Supportive clinical team and modern facility
Flexible hiring options: 13-week contract, contract-to-perm, or permanent placement

Compensation:

$50–$54 per hour, negotiable based on experience and employment type

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery plans

Qualifications:

Active or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license
Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
New graduates encouraged to apply
