Maternity Nurse Educator
Profile will go through our IVS
Shift: Days (M-F 8am - 4:30) 36 hrs per week.
We operationalize this as 5 - 8 hour days one week and 4 the next week
Job Purpose
Need someone with solid NICU CCN exp
The qualified candidate will function in the intertwined roles of change agent, mentor,
facilitator of learning, leader, advocate for the clinical nurse educator specialty, champion of scientific inquiry, and partner for role transitions drawing on adult learning theories, experience, knowledge and evidence-based practice to transform clinical nursing practice.
