Hiring For Rehab RN - New york
Facility Name: Unity Hospital

Location: Rochester, NY
Terms: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed hours: 36 HRS
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Pay Package:

Gross weekly: $2140/week
Breakdown:
w2 (taxable): $20/hr
perdiem (non taxable): $1420/week

Requirements:

Certs Required: BLS
Float Required: Y - MS
Weekend Coverage: EOW
Ratios: Days 1:5; Nights 1:12
Years of Experience Required: 1 year
Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Y
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) They will try but not guaranteed
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No locals (75 miles)
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No
RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract

Patient Diagnoses: Stroke, Brain injury and spinal cord injuries
Special Equipment: Hoyer Lift, Sit to stand lift

Skills: Acute Rehab hospital, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident)
