Pay Range: $35–$53/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: $5,000

We are hiring an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity within a high-acuity cardiac program. This role is well-suited for ICU or strong cardiac stepdown nurses who are comfortable in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and open to on-call responsibilities.

The Cath Lab RN collaborates closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, high-quality care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
Assist with maintaining a sterile field and responding to emergent situations
Collaborate with physicians and Cath Lab team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Position Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Location: Louisville, KY Compensation: Hourly pay range: $35–$53 (based on experience) $15,000 sign-on bonus (paid at 6 months and 1 year) $5,000 relocation assistance available Schedule: Day shift: 7:00am–7:30pm On-call required, including weeknights and rotating weekends Unit Details: 7 Cath Labs 1:1 patient ratio Patient population includes cardiac patients, heart failure, and transplant workups Equipment includes Siemens, GE, Abbott, Philips, and Medtronic EMR systems: Cerner, McKesson, Sensing Surgical scrubs provided Requirements: Active RN license (Kentucky or compact eligible) BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 1 year ICU or Critical Care RN experience or 2–3 years of Cardiac Stepdown RN experience Preferred Qualifications: CVICU or cardiac ICU experience Cath Lab, EP, or interventional cardiology exposure Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills Interview Process: Peer interview
