Description

We are seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist to join a high-acuity Cath Lab team supporting complex cardiac procedures. This is a permanent opportunity with strong compensation, relocation assistance, and the chance to work in a collaborative, well-resourced environment.

 

This role supports adult cardiac patients and offers exposure to advanced technology, transplant workups, and heart failure care. New graduates with completed cardiovascular programs are encouraged to apply — training is available.

 

Position Highlights

  • Pay Range: $34–$49/hour
  • Shift Differential: $4.40
  • Schedule:
    • 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
    • On-call required (weekday evenings and rotating weekends)
  • Relocation Assistance: $5,000
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Patient Ratio: 1:1
  • Cath Labs: 7 total across two locations

Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safety and sterility
  • Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment
  • Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide high-quality patient care and communication throughout procedures

Patient Population

  • Adult cardiac patients (18+)
  • Transplant workups
  • Heart failure patients
  • Surgical clearance cases

Technology & Equipment

  • Equipment: Siemens, GE, Abbott, Philips, Medtronic
  • EMR: Cerner, McKesson, Sensing
Requirements RCIS or CI certification OR certification of completion of a Cardiovascular Program BLS required ACLS required (or must obtain within 6–12 months of hire) Previous cardiac experience preferred, but new grads will be trained Ideal Candidate Profile Strong critical thinking and time-management skills Team-oriented with excellent communication Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced procedural environment Interview Process Peer interview Dress Code Surgical scrubs provided No jewelry or hair/accessories that interfere with the sterile field
