400 cases per in Boise, 150 to 200 in Meridian

Use Philips FD 20 Alura's

All diagnostic procedures

Stroke Program with TPA and Mechanical Interventions

EKOS

IVUS

Angio Jet

Required either the ARRT_CV or ARRT_VI
