Description

Orientation: the first week of orientation will be 5-8hr day shifts Float Requirement: None On Call/Call Back Requirements: Weekend call - Saturday at 7 am to Monday at 7 am (approx. every 6 weeks) Weeknight call- clinician will be assigned (1) weeknight of call per week from 7p-7a. Weekend call - Saturday at 7 am to Monday at 7 am (approx. every 6 weeks) Holiday: (1) 24-hour call once per contract and (1) 12 hour shift. Recognized holidays: New Years’ Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, and Christmas Day. Staff Meeting: 4th week of every month Please note: Black Friday is a Pardee‑recognized holiday. Travelers scheduled to work that day will receive regular pay. Per our master service agreement with Pardee, the holidays eligible for holiday pay rates are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Required Certifications to be attached upon submittal: CSFA Certification (NBSTSA), and AHA BLS Required CURRENT Experience: STRONG ORTHO BACKGROUND Strong Ortho background Total Joints Orthopedics (variety of cases) Spine Urology General Surgery GYN Vascular Robotics No heart or brain surgery Minimum Experience: 1 -2 years based on trauma level experience and must have completed 2 travel assignments Charting Experience Required: none
