Description

Current 2 years of LPN - LTC exp required

Travel experience required
3+ years current exprience (must be within the last 6 moths) - [REQUIRED]

Must be willing to float where experienced -[REQUIRED]
IV certified (must be willing to obtain during onboarding if not certified) - [REQUIRED]
All RTO must be on initial presentation for approval and can not exceed 5 days (Holidays NOT approved) - [REQUIRED]
Covid Vaccination Required - Declinations/Exemptions are not accepted (Please upload proofs with upload) -[ REQUIRED]
