MedAdventures is seeking a Speech Language Pathologists to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. This is a great opportunity to support patients in their rehabilitation journey and work alongside an experienced therapy team in a collaborative care environment.
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Schedule: Full time- Varies based on clinic hours.
Pay: $52-55/hour. Rates are negotiable based on experience.
Duration: Direct Hire or contractor. You choose!

Must-Have Qualifications
Please apply ONLY if you meet all of the following requirements:
- Active SLP license in VA (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Speech Language Therapist Degree
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Assess speech, language, and communication needs
- Create and carry out treatment plans for each patient
- Provide therapy to improve speech, language, voice, and fluency
- Teach patients and families strategies to support communication
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and healthcare staff
- Keep accurate notes on progress and outcomes
