Description

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
Department: OT (3 OTs, 1 COTA | No floating)

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy program
Licensed Occupational Therapist (active license required)
Proof of 2 hours of CVA-specific CE completed within the last 4 months
Experience (one of the following):
- 1 year full-time acute care OT, or
- 2 years SNF or inpatient rehab, or
- 2 years acute care experience at less than full-time hours
