Description
Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist – Santa Barbara, CA
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Santa Barbara, CA. This is a day shift position working 4x10s (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) with on-call requirements.
Job Duties:
- Assist with a wide range of interventional radiology procedures including vascular, abdominal, genitourinary, and neurological cases
- Prepare procedure rooms, maintain sterile fields, and assist as scrub or circulator
- Perform venous and central line access, port management, and vascular closure techniques
- Operate fluoroscopy equipment and support physicians during procedures
- Provide care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Document procedures using EPIC
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
- BLS certification
- California State Fluoro Permit (required)
- ARRT required; ACLS preferred
- Experience with inpatient IR and fluoroscopy
