RADIATION THERAPIST

DESCRIPTION:

Radiation Therapist

Department: Radiation Oncology
Location: 1910 Royalty Drive, Pomona, CA 91767
Schedule: Day Shift, 5 × 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

Administer radiation treatments using Linear Accelerators, including Trilogy and Tomotherapy systems
Operate Varian and Accuray equipment in accordance with treatment plans
Utilize ARIA software for treatment delivery and documentation
Accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization
Monitor patients during treatment and report any concerns to the clinical team
Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and departmental protocols
Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and other clinical staff

Required Qualifications

Licensure: California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) – Radiation Therapy
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Radiation Therapy
Proven experience with Varian, Accuray, and ARIA software
