Job Title

• Therapist - Physical Therapist

• Lafayette, IN

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, days shift, Monday through Friday, with at least one weekend per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute care physical therapy services to patients in a short-term hospital setting
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Cerner charting system
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Work flexible shifts, including guaranteed 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, totaling 36-48 hours per week
• Participate in holiday coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in acute care physical therapy
• Current BLS certification
• Valid IN state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (must be in hand or pending)
• In-state license or certifications accepted; out-of-state must be pending license in IN

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital or short-term acute care facility
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic charting system
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle holiday shifts
