Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Urgent Care / Emergency Services

Location: Bronx, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Estimated Start Date: March 2026 or later

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our Urgent Care / Emergency Services team in Bronx, New York. This role is ideal for NPs with a strong acute-care background who thrive in fast-paced clinical environments and are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Important: All candidates must be aware that the earliest possible start date for this position is March 2026 or later.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Acute Care as an NP or RN
For new locations, 3–5 years of NP experience required
Prior RN experience in at least one of the following:
- Emergency Room (ER)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Critical Care
- Urgent Care (UC)
Active and unrestricted NP and RN license (as applicable)

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW)
Experience with EDNP
Bilingual in Spanish

New Graduate Information

New graduates are only considered through the Fellowship Program
Fellowship Program is currently on hold for 2025

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary
Higher base pay for experienced providers
Sign-on bonus available for new providers
Productivity bonus up to $40,000 annually for full-time providers
