Travel Telemetry RN – Nights

Location: Claremont, NH (rural, small facility experience preferred)
Start Date: February 22, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Pay: $2,452 per week
Shift: Night Shift | 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week
Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend/holidays as required

Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Telemetry RN for a travel assignment covering Med-Surg, Telemetry, and PCU. Candidate must be comfortable with all three specialties and able to work independently in a small, fast-paced unit.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care for newborn to geriatric patients
Monitor and manage cardiac patients with telemetry
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments per protocol
Document patient care accurately
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care
Follow patient ratios: 5:1 for Med-Surg/Tele, 3-4:1 for higher acuity PCU patients

Requirements:

3+ years experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit
Telemetry and cardiac monitoring experience required
Basic dysrhythmia test completed
Previous travel experience preferred
Must have own vehicle
New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license
Active BLS and ACLS (AHA)
Able to work independently and “hit the ground running”
