Description

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $55.51 – $79.14 (based on experience; 13-step clinical scale up to 30 years)
Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Part-Time Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Job Status / Shift Information:

Full-time and part-time opportunities
May work across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing departments based on patient needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active California Physical Therapy License (in good standing)
Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Compliance with all California and federal PT regulatory requirements

Experience:

1+ year experience in acute care, swing bed/skilled nursing, or outpatient settings
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to manage diverse patient populations and diagnoses
Proficiency with computers and EMR systems
Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
Commitment to ongoing professional development
