RN REQUIREMENTS

RNs must have at least one year of experience working as an RN in a psychiatric or correctional setting.
RNs must have at least one year of experience working as an RN in a travelling capacity.

SCOPE OF WORK

All RNs will be required to work at either or both campuses and on any unit as requested by client.
RNs will not be assigned to any particular campus or area - must be willing to work both
RNs will be scheduled to work 12-hour shifts, alternating 36 and 48 hours per week, working every other weekend.
- Day shifts will be 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Night shifts will be 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m..
- All shifts will include a 30-minute break, for which the contractor shall not be paid.
- RNs will be scheduled for shifts according to clients needs.
- RNs will not have fixed schedules or fixed days off.
All requests for time off or schedule changes must be submitted in writing and approved in advance by the FTC Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) or her designee.
RNs may not trade shifts with FTC staff.
