RN – Vent Unit (SNF) | Nights

Location: Oneida, NY
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility – Vent Unit

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift position on a Vent Unit within a Skilled Nursing Facility. The RN will provide direct resident care, oversee staff, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

Active New York RN License
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Vent Unit / SNF experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Provide and oversee direct nursing care per physician orders
Delegate and supervise staff according to care plans
Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team
Administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with wound care, and document care
Identify and report changes in resident condition
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
