Schedule
• Full time
• 40 hours per week
• 8 hour shifts
• 8:00am to 4:30pm
• 8:00am to 5:00pm
• 11:30am to 8:00pm
• 12 hour shifts
• 7:30am to 8:00pm
• Weekdays and weekends as scheduled
Pay
• $46 per hour
• $69 per hour overtime
Weekly Compensation
• $1,169 per week per diem
• $500 travel allowance
• Estimated gross based on 40 hours plus stipends
Contract Term
• ASAP for one year
Duties
• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Perform patient assessments and implement plans of care
• Administer medications and therapeutic treatments
• Respond to emergency situations and initiate appropriate measures
• Operate and monitor clinical and emergency equipment
• Perform point of care testing and phlebotomy
• Document care in the electronic health record
• Coordinate care with providers and clinical staff
• Float to other nursing units during emergencies
• Follow IHS policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
Requirements
• Active RN license in any U.S. state or territory
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Minimum 36 months RN experience
• Minimum 12 months specialty experience
• Current AHA BLS
• PALS required
• ACLS preferred
• Ability to pass federal background check
