Description

Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM 8hr days

Will only accept travelers 50+ miles from the facility.

THIS IS A HOME HEALTH NEED! The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient s comprehensive plan of care.

Rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to: splints, orthoses prostheses, wheelchairs, ADL equipment Modalities.

Candidate required to be Home Health Certified

Requirements: 2+ acute nursing care (hospital base) and Home Care experience

Valid Driver License

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance

Acute care experience [preferred]

Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required

Skills Checklist Physical Therapy (pertinent to position)

Massachusetts RN license - Must be uploaded with profile

Certifications: BLS (AHA)

This will be my second travel nursing assignment. My first one made me question continuing the travel nursing role. However, Alyssa has been amazing. She is quick to respond and is able to make me feel at ease when there might be some concerning unknowns about the potential assignment. She is incredibly professional and I would recommend her to anyone looking for their next travel nursing assignment!
