Requirements & Qualifications

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
Mandatory screenings and verifications including: Background Check, Drug Screen, Employment Verification, License Verification, Educational Verification, Physical Exam, References, Resume
Compliance with health and safety protocols: COVID-19 Vaccine, Influenza Vaccine, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, TdaP Vaccine/Record, TB Screening
Additional mandatory trainings and attestations: Core Mandatory Annual Training, Confidentiality, Competency Exam, Stroke Education
Various regulatory and sanction screenings: FACIS 3M Screening, National Sex Offender and Predator Register Search, NJ Debarment State Search, NJ Sex Offender Exclusion, OFAC Sanction, OIG, SAM Sanction
