THIS IS A HOME HEALTH NEED!

The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient s comprehensive plan of care. Rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to:splints,orthosesprostheses,wheelchairs,ADL equipmentModalities.Candidate required to be Home Health Certified
