Certs Required: BLS, DC RN License
*Must have DC license in hand upon submittal*

Skills Required: Peripheral IV Start, HCHB, Infusion, Home Health Medicare Exp with OASIS E Experience
Special Requirements: **Must have Medicare-certified home health agency experience** ,
Candidates must be able to manage at least 8 patient visits per day.
Types of Cases: CHF, diabetes, drain care, urinary catheter, ostomy care, infusion services, central line care, joint replacement, COVID, palliative

Mileage is reimbursed

Dress Code: navy, tan, white
Charting: Homecare Homebase, SBAR, SOAP, OASIS E Exp

*This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine*
