License

Colorado Nursing License

Description

Requirements:

· Strong CVICU Skills required, with Day 0 CVICU Experience.

· Colorado RN license in good standing.

· BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association

· 3 years RN Critical Care experience is Required

* Flu Vaccine REQUIRED - No Exemptions

Agency's, please provide the following with submissions:

· Resume

· BLS, ACLS, and PALS - AHA

· Skills Sheet – including CVICU Skills

· Nursys RN License

SHIFT: 12-hour nights including weekend rotation; must agree to be in the call rotation and take 1 call shift per 2-week period (following VV’s pay schedule) in place of guaranteed hours that week, if requested due to staffing needs.
