MUST Haves: 1 year of HOSPITAL experience. Retail experience will not work. 

Pharmacist 

*Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, WI License (Preferred: BCPS)*  

What areas will they cover: ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, OR (cardiothoracic), cardiac cath, EPS, central pharmacy, IV Room experience not required but must understand USP 797 . Minimal chemo done here. We make gemcitabine or mitomycin for urology surgery and occasional methotrexate for ectopic pregnancies. - Experience or 'Must have' skills: Inpatient staffing experience, Vancomycin AUC dosing, Aminoglycosides dosing, Heparin dosing/monitoring, TPN management/monitoring. IV Room experience not required but must understand USP 797 and be able to tabletop meds or make sure techs are making IV's correctly.

Shift Notes

Monday-Friday 06-1430 shift - central x1; 0730-1600 decentral/clinical shift x2; 1200-2030 and 1330-2200 PM shifts in the pharmacy. Holidays and weekends one AM shift 06-1600 and 1330-2200. No third shift required
 

 Weekend Requirements: Yes every 3rd or 4th. 

 Holiday Requirements: Yes. 

Is there an on-call requirement?: No. 

Medication Dispensing System?: Omnicell. 

Scrubs or Dress Code Requirements: Scrubs, clean & professional or business casual fine. 

Department specific orientation: Will have typical orientation modules, but pharmacy will supply 2-3 week orientation. *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If clinician previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
