Job Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Location: Rochester, NY 14621
Shift: Nights 3x12-Hour
Travel Pay Rate: $1800.4 weekly ($16.90/hr on w2 + $1192/week stipend)

Position Summary:

Total Staffed Beds: 528
Type of Facility: Tertiary Care Hospital
Scrub Color: Any combo of navy and white
Charting: Epic

Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic bedside care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician
Monitor patients’ health by checking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Change dressings, insert catheters, and assist with wound care
Document patient care, observations, and medication administration accurately in medical records

Required Qualifications:

BLS
LPN NY license in hand
Hospital exp within the last 2 years
