The ideal candidate is comfortable managing adult acute care patients and can step into a fast-paced hospital environment with minimal orientation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide direct patient care to acute care patients</li><li>Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient status</li><li>Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per protocol</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams</li><li>Accurately document patient care and clinical findings</li><li>Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active RN license</li><li>Recent Acute Care experience</li><li>BLS (AHA) required</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal orientation</li></ul>
