• Certifications: BLS required
• License: Active Washington State LVN/LPN License required
• Experience:
– Sports Medicine clinic experience required
– General Ambulatory / Clinic experience preferred
• Schedule: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
• Setting: Ambulatory Care – Primary Care / Sports Medicine Clinic
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (W2)
