*Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience - Required

*AHA - BLS certification – Required

*Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance (home health travel)

*BS, MS, or DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program

*Current, active Physical Therapist license in the State of Montana - Required
*Shift - Days - 8A-5P - 40 hours per week/5 days in a week

*No locals/50 miles radius rule
