Description
Specialty: MRI Technologist
Units/Areas: MRI (IP, OP, ICU), 2 year minimum required
Required License: ARRT(MR) and ARRT(R) or ARMRIT; Dual State Licenses (Kansas and Missouri) required at submission
Required Certifications: BLS (AHA)
Required Skills: Isolation Precautions, Contrast Media Preparation/Administration, Starting Peripheral IVs, Radiation Safety, Adult Acute Care, ICU, Cardiac MRI (preferred), GE 1.5T & 3T, PACS
Schedule: Friday–Monday; 1400–0000 (4x10s); Call required 1 night per week (0000–0600)
Setting, Bed count, Trauma Level: Tertiary Care Teaching Hospital, 550 Beds, Level 1 Trauma, 5-Time Magnet Winner
Equipment, Duties, Procedures: GE 1.5T and 3T; Abdomen, MRA/MRV, Cardiac (preferred), Brain, Spine, Spinal Trauma; Inpatient, Outpatient, and ICU populations; Floating within service line required
EMR: Epic
Short Description: High-acuity role in a 5-time Magnet teaching hospital. Must hold both KS and MO licenses at time of submittal. Strict nicotine/drug screen policy.
Prepare Front and Back Images of Docs: Driver's License and Social Security Card to expedite submission.
