DESCRIPTION:

Required Experience:

• Level I or Level II Trauma experience (required)
• Strong proficiency in circulating for surgical procedures

Requested Skill Set:

• Ability to circulate all service lines, including incoming trauma cases
• Adaptability to high-acuity and emergency surgical situations

Procedures Performed on Unit:

• All surgical service lines

Certifications:

• CNOR preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate for a wide variety of surgical procedures across all service lines
• Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in the operating room
• Assist with trauma cases and emergency surgeries as needed
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in applicable state
• Previous Operating Room experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform under pressure
