<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and coordinate unit operations during night shift</li><li>Provide charge coverage including staffing, patient flow, and assignments</li><li>Administer and oversee <strong>chemotherapy, blood products, and biologic therapies</strong></li><li>Monitor and manage <strong>oncologic emergencies</strong> (sepsis, hemorrhage, TLS, spinal cord compression, etc.)</li><li>Support CAR-T, stem cell, and bone marrow transplant patients</li><li>Mentor and support nursing staff</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care</li></ul><h3>Requirements (REQUIRED)</h3><ul><li><strong>Active CA RN License</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum 3 years of Oncology RN experience</strong> (Hematology preferred)</li><li><strong>Minimum 3 years of Charge Nurse experience</strong></li><li><strong>BLS certification</strong></li><li><strong>Chemotherapy certification (ONS / ONCC)</strong></li><li><strong>Epic EMR experience</strong></li><li>Strong experience with <strong>inpatient oncology and chemotherapy administration</strong></li></ul>
