Description

Shift Requirements: 10 hr Days- 0630-1700

Float Requirements: Waukesha Memorial

On Call/Call Back Requirements: as needed.

Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, CSFA (AST or NBSTSA certified will be prioritized. Not ABSA)

Minimum Experience: First Assist experience. Have worked in a full-fledged operating room with all service lines for 2-3 years, comfortable with emergency situations Charting Experience Required: NA Unit Specific Skillset: ortho, laparoscopic cases
