• RN license - Maine or compact
• Certs - current, unexpired
• Immunizations are required - varicella 2 doses or titer, HepB 3 doses or titer or declination, MMR 2 doses or titer, Tdap, PPD 2 step or titer within past 12 months. We only accept declination for HepB. Flu shot required during flu season.
• Agency W-9 and COI for WC and Liability $1M/$3M
• Traveler will report to Human Resources on day 1 for onboarding process.

CREDENTIALS: Current Maine nursing license BSN preferred. Ability to problem solve; critical thinking skills; effective verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge base to include nursing assessment and skills for all age groups. BLS certification required and ACLS certification preferred.

ENVIRONMENT: Requires standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, bending, reaching, balance, lifting, pushing patients in wheelchairs and stretchers, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Must have visual and hearing acuity sufficient to assess patients. Exposure to infectious diseases, blood borne pathogens, toxic cleaning chemicals and fumes is possible.
