Position Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high‑quality patient care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This role supports physicians and registered nurses in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate care across clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, documentation, and monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assist with patient education and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Follow all regulatory, safety, and infection‑control standards.
• Support clinical workflows and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Required Qualifications

• Must have IV Certification prior to submission.
• Mercy Cover Sheet required.
• Active LPN license in the State of Missouri.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience.
