Description
Critical Care RN: Will float to ICU/IMCU units as needed (SICU, MICU, Miller 3, Miller 4). Cares for a wide variety of critically ill patients - cardiovascular, COPD, DKA, stroke, sepsis. Requirements: • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS required – NIHSS required prior to start; CCRN preferred • Prior travel is required • A minimum of 2 years of experience required • Must have large, teaching facility experience • Experience with the following is required: post cardiac surgery, vascular, trauma-level 1, general surgery, neurosurgery • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
