Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:

Current Pennsylvania RN licensure.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, renewed every two years.
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, renewed every two years.
American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, renewed every two years.
Valid National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
