Shift: 10 hours, days

Shift: Day | 4x10-Hour (07:00 – 17:30) | Monday–Friday Role Requirements: Ideal candidates must have Cath Lab Angio experience with scrub experience On-Call Requirements: 1 week of night call per week 1 weekend every 4 weeks (Friday end of shift through Monday 07:00) 30-minute response time required Certifications & Licensure: BLS ACLS ARRT-R or RCIS OBMI Oregon State License RTO Policy: No RTO allowed in the first 2 weeks Maximum 7 days of RTO total Floating Requirements: Legacy Health requires travelers to float within the site and across the system Refusal to float as requested will result in cancellation of contract Education Requirements: All assigned education must be completed within one week of assignment Low Census / Mandatory Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must occur 1.5 hours before the start of the shift Travelers may be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty Facility Information: Type: Acute Care Hospital Designation: Teaching Hospital | Adult Level I Trauma Center Total Staffed Beds: 539 Scrub Color Policy: RN/Allied: Any color except all black or camo print OR / L&D / Cath Lab: Provided by facility SPT: Not provided X-Ray Tech: Facility provided Case Managers: Scrubs or business casual Charting System: Epic Parking: Free parking in any unrestricted space EV charging available
