Job Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM (5x8s)

• BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only, RQI acceptable

Background and Compliance Requirements

  • Seasonal Flu Vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required for flu season (9/30 - 3/31)
• Color Blind Exam (Ishihara or equivalent) with 100% minimum score
• References: Minimum 2 from recent employment with supervisory titles, verified within 2 years
• Employment Application: Current with full work history and explanations for gaps over 30 days
• Skills Checklist: Completed within 12 months and updated annually
• Application must cover 7 years of history with all gaps accounted for

Facility Specific Requirements

• Completion of facility-specific compliance and confidentiality agreements prior to start

This is a travel/contract MRI Technologist position requiring ARRT MR and BLS certifications, with experience operating Siemens MRI equipment. Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.
