Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours (GSA): 36 hours/week GSA does not apply during orientation week Radius Rule: Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius of Aspirus Eagle River (effective 1/23) Low Census: Contract is eligible for up to 36 hours of unbillable low census over the duration of the contract Shift & Scheduling Shift: 12-hour Variable shifts (Days & Nights) Patient Ratios: Days: 1:4–5 Nights: 1:6 Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend and every other holiday On-Call / Call Back: Travelers may be placed on call due to low census Minimum call-back pay: 2 hours Floating Requirements Float to like units as needed Possible float locations: Howard Young, Tomahawk, Rhinelander Floating may be pre-scheduled if required Requirements License: Wisconsin RN license Certifications: BLS (AHA or Red Cross) ACLS (AHA or Red Cross) Experience: Minimum 2+ years Med-Surg experience Prior travel assignment experience preferred Charting: Epic experience required Additional Information Scrub Color: Any color Vaccination Policy: During flu season, travelers who decline flu and COVID vaccinations are required to wear a mask at all times This is an Aspirus policy and mandatory with no exceptions Failure to comply may result in corrective action
