Description

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience (1st timers accepted)
  • Previous charge experience: Preferred
  • Experience in Med/Surg / MS Tele units
  • Experience with floating to multiple units preferred

Licensure & Certifications

  • RN License: GA or Compact license must be in hand at submission
  • BLS: Required
  • Other certifications: None specifically listed

Skills & Knowledge

  • Epic charting system: HARD STOP – must have experience
  • Knowledge of Med/Surg and MS Tele patient care
  • Ability to manage telemetry – remote monitoring
  • Knowledge of hospital procedures and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Ability to float to other MS, MS/Tele units and possibly sister campus
  • Able to work night shift, weekends, and holidays as required

Other Requirements

  • Must submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract
  • RTO (Requested Time Off): Max 7 days, must submit at time of submittal
  • Must comply with holiday coverage policy
  • Two supervisory references preferred (Manager or above)
  • Must comply with travel compliance to start on time
