Description
Salary Range: $117,423 - $155,000 (based on Years of Exp)
Incentive Bonus of 17.5%
Relocation: Case by Case Basis
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
What qualifications you will need:
· Bachelor's degree, required
· Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration, preferred
· Either Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), required
· 3+ years’ experience in overall recent acute care Hospital Case Management required
· 2+ years’ experience in case management leadership
Additional Information
· Facility would be open seeing a strong social worker with active LCSW at a larger hospital & strong leadership skills
· Reports To: Division VP of Case Management, South Atlantic
· 403 Bed Facility
· Level 1 Trauma Facility
· Volume: very fast pace hospital that stays full
· FTEs: 30 over Case Management
· Qualities they would like to see in a candidate is larger hospital experience and Director level experience
· May have some on-call rotations or late nights/long days
