Job Summary:

Provide clinical and operational pharmacy services in a hospital setting, ensuring safe and effective medication use. Support inpatient care, medication distribution, and compliance with state and hospital standards.

This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive clinical and distributive pharmacy services, including decentralized inter-professional practice and direct patient care. The role oversees general and specialty patient care programs, advanced drug management, and medication use systems across the institution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing medication orders, drug profiles, and monitoring patients
• Supporting medication safety systems, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives
• Leading disease outcome programs and providing medication therapy management consultations
• Offering disease state management services as needed

• Cardiology Pharmacist Requirements:
  • Must have experience as a cardiology pharmacist.
  • PGY-2 residency completed.
  • Hold a Florida license or be eligible for one.
  • Board certification is a plus.
  • Epic experience is a plus.
  • Pay Rate: Mid 60s/hr (depends on years of exp- compensation team decides)
• General Medicine/Clinical Specialist Pharmacist Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of hospital experience OR PGY-1 residency.
  • Board certification is a plus.
  • Epic experience is a plus.
