DESCRIPTION:

Travel Registered Nurse – MICU (Medical ICU)

Location: Rochester, New York
Shift: 3x12 Nights
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE NEW YORK RN LICENSE IN HAND – NO EXCEPTIONS

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill MICU patients
Monitor and manage ventilators, drips, and complex medical equipment
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond to rapid changes in condition
Accurately document patient care using EPIC
Collaborate with physicians and ICU care teams to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

Active New York RN License (must be in hand at submission)
MICU experience required
EPIC charting experience required
Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
