Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation

Regular Pay: $20.00/hour
Overtime Rate: $60.00/hour
Weekly Taxable Wages: $800.00
Weekly Non-Taxable Wages: $1,550.00
Total Weekly Gross: $2,350.00

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of LCSW experience
VAD case experience preferred
Heart Failure experience preferred
