<h3><strong>Job Description</strong></h3><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>MedSurg/Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> for a 13-week night-shift contract. This role provides care to adult medical-surgical and oncology patients in a fast-paced acute care setting.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to MedSurg and Oncology patients</li><li>Perform patient assessments and monitor clinical status</li><li>Administer medications, chemotherapy (as applicable), and IV therapies</li><li>Manage central lines, ports, and infusion pumps</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams</li><li>Educate patients and families on treatments and care plans</li><li>Document patient care accurately in the EMR</li><li>Maintain patient safety and infection control standards</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Active RN license</li><li>Recent <strong>MedSurg and/or Oncology experience</strong> required</li><li>BLS certification required (additional oncology certifications preferred, if applicable)</li><li>Ability to work 12-hour night shifts</li></ul>
