<h3><strong>Job Description</strong></h3><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> for a 13-week night-shift contract. This role supports moderately acute patients requiring close monitoring in a fast-paced PCU setting.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to PCU patients</li><li>Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring</li><li>Administer medications, IV therapies, and cardiac drips as appropriate</li><li>Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams</li><li>Document patient care accurately in the EMR</li><li>Maintain patient safety and quality-of-care standards</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Active RN license</li><li>Recent PCU or stepdown experience required</li><li>BLS certification required (ACLS preferred, if applicable)</li><li>Ability to work night shifts and meet weekend requirements</li></ul><h3><strong>Why This Assignment?</strong></h3><p>✔ No call<br />✔ No floating<br />✔ Consistent night schedule<br />✔ 13-week contract</p>
