RN Operating Room

Contract Details:
• 13 weeks
• 8-hour day shifts
• 100-mile radius rule applies

Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical experience preferred
• Preceptorship, charge, and leadership experience preferred

Licensure:
• Active New York State RN license required

Education & Training:
• RNs without recent OR experience must complete and pass the 6-month AORN Perioperative 101 Education Program
• Successful completion of the final exam is mandatory and a condition of employment

Certifications:
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred

On-Call:
• On-call required
